These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 44pk ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By registering an account, accessing the 44pk platform, or using any service we provide — including sports betting, casino games, USDT deposits, JazzCash transactions, or any other feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the 44pk platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to open or use a 44pk account. Age verification is enforced at registration and again at first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one active 44pk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method, 44pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit pending bonuses.
All bonuses offered by 44pk are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. 44pk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if abuse, manipulation, or violation of promotion terms is detected.
All 44pk deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through the payment methods authorised in your account. Third-party payment on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. 44pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, or the TRON network.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in arbitrage abuse, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes on the 44pk platform constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44pk holds its international gaming licence. Disputes shall be resolved first through the 44pk internal complaints procedure, and thereafter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified in our licence terms. Pakistani consumer law applies where not superseded by licensing jurisdiction.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The 44pk platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age threshold is absolute and non-negotiable. 44pk employs age verification procedures at registration and enforces additional verification checks prior to processing first withdrawals. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed and all funds — whether deposited, won, or bonus — will be forfeited in full.
2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 44pk account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon detection, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the 44pk platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your 44pk account. Providing false registration information — including falsified identity documents, incorrect date of birth, or fictitious contact details — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure without refund.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 44pk platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 44pk does not warrant or represent the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani players access the 44pk platform under their own legal responsibility. 44pk bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's access to or use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44pk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 44pk will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Liability for Unauthorised Access. All activity conducted through your 44pk account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 44pk of suspected unauthorised access. Notification of suspected account compromise must be made immediately via the 44pk live support channel. 44pk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 44pk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, 44pk makes no warranty that 2FA will prevent all forms of account compromise. Players who disable 2FA do so at their own risk.
3.4 Session Management. Players are advised to log out of their 44pk account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from shared, public, or borrowed devices. 44pk implements automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity but this does not substitute for explicit logout by the Player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 44pk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 44pk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method remains valid and accessible.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed in the 44pk cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 44pk based on account verification status, risk assessment, or regulatory requirements without prior individual notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. All 44pk withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with KYC procedures. First withdrawals always require completed KYC. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at 44pk's discretion for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. 44pk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to seven (7) business days pending completion of verification.
4.4 Own-Account Rule. Deposits to and withdrawals from a 44pk account must be made using payment methods registered to and owned by the account holder personally. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will only be processed to a payment method matching the depositing method wherever technically possible.
4.5 USDT TRC20 Transactions. USDT deposits and withdrawals are processed on the TRON blockchain network (TRC20 standard only). Players must ensure they use TRC20-compatible wallet addresses. 44pk accepts no liability for funds lost due to the use of incorrect blockchain network addresses. On-chain network fees are the responsibility of the Player's own wallet and are not charged by 44pk.
4.6 Fees. 44pk charges no platform-side fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Third-party fees charged by payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks are outside 44pk's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.1 Offer Validity. All 44pk bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and reload incentives are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer. These Terms & Conditions establish the general framework; offer-specific terms take precedence on points of conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a 44pk account are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds may be withdrawn.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 44pk platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are stated in individual offer terms. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from qualifying wager calculations.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. 44pk actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee bonus conversion regardless of outcome, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using a bonus in conjunction with betting systems designed to minimise risk to an extent that the promotional intent is circumvented. Detection of any such pattern will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on 44pk are subject to acceptance at 44pk's sole discretion. 44pk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of match fixing, technical errors in published odds, markets opened or left open in error, or accounts identified as professional arbitrage bettors.
6.2 Odds and Market Changes. Odds and markets are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Pre-match and in-play odds on cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and bilateral series — as well as football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other covered sports are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
6.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements. If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player balances. Specific exceptions apply to certain markets such as "to qualify" or "winner of tournament" bets — these are detailed in sport-specific rules accessible from the betting interface.
6.4 Palpable Errors. If 44pk offers odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a software error or human data entry mistake — we reserve the right to void any bets placed at those odds regardless of the outcome of the event. A "palpable error" is defined as an odds price that is manifestly incorrect in relation to the true market price available at the same time across comparable operators.
7.1 RNG Fairness. All 44pk casino games that use a random number generator (RNG) are independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Audit certificates are available from the game software providers. The use of any software, tool, or method to predict, influence, or manipulate RNG outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in most jurisdictions.
7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games on the 44pk platform are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Outcomes in live casino games are determined by physical events — cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, or dice rolls — and are not subject to RNG systems. 44pk is not responsible for outcomes arising from network latency, stream interruption, or communication delays between the Player's device and the live casino studio.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the Player. For the avoidance of doubt: a "malfunction" refers to a proven technical failure of the game software or streaming infrastructure — it does not include natural game outcomes that the Player considers unfavourable. 44pk's determination of malfunction is final.
7.4 Return-to-Player Rates. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each casino game on 44pk represents the theoretical long-run average return across a statistically significant number of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any individual Player's short-term outcome. All casino games involve risk of loss.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Commitment. 44pk is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become a harmful behaviour. Our platform includes a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from any 44pk account's settings page, available to every Player at all times.
9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all 44pk account holders at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders at configurable intervals, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion for defined periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Limits are applied immediately upon request. Limit increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before taking effect.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to exclude themselves from the 44pk platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting 44pk support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be inaccessible for all gambling activity. 44pk will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications reaching self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.
9.4 Minimum Age Enforcement. 44pk will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an active account. Where 44pk has reason to believe that a Player may be under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. 44pk encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 44pk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, databases, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 44pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Permitted Use. 44pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 44pk intellectual property.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any portion of the 44pk platform without express prior written consent. Unauthorised commercial use of 44pk content or branding constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
11.1 Platform Availability. While 44pk strives to maintain continuous platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. 44pk accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.
11.2 Gambling Losses. 44pk accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players on the platform. All gambling involves risk. By using 44pk, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk fully and that your decision to gamble is entirely voluntary.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44pk's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their 44pk account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
11.4 No Consequential Damages. In no event shall 44pk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 44pk platform, regardless of whether 44pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the 44pk platform involves the collection and processing of certain personal data. The types of data collected, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and 44pk's data security practices are all detailed in the 44pk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a 44pk account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.
13.1 Right to Amend. 44pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required due to changes in our gaming licence terms, applicable law, payment processing regulations, platform features, or responsible gaming obligations.
13.2 Notice of Changes. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice prior to the amended terms taking effect. Minor or administrative amendments may take effect immediately without individual notice.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 44pk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the 44pk platform and may close your account by contacting 44pk support.
14.1 Internal Process. Any complaint relating to your 44pk account, transactions, game outcomes, or any other aspect of the platform should in the first instance be directed to 44pk customer support via the 24/7 live chat service. Support agents will attempt to resolve your complaint immediately or escalate it to the appropriate internal team.
14.2 Formal Complaint. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through initial support contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to 44pk via email at [email protected]. Formal complaints will receive a written response within five (5) business days of receipt. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation in your submission.
14.3 Escalation. If a formal complaint submitted to 44pk is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 44pk's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the 44pk compliance team.
15.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected to it — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44pk holds its international online gaming licence. Where those laws conflict with the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Pakistani law, the latter shall prevail to the extent of that conflict only.
15.2 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the 44pk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between 44pk and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
15.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
